Our philosophy

Cook like at home, serve like at a great table

Working with market produce means changing the menu when needed. So some plates are here all year (the ones already yours: huevos rotos, croquetas, cachopo, Lotus cake), and others come and go with the season.

That's what real cooking is: not everything is under control. But that imperfection is exactly what makes it worth coming.
